It's genuinely versatile—I've used it as a massage oil after workouts and as a lubricant, and both times it absorbed nicely without feeling greasy. The broad-spectrum hemp extract definitely seems to ease tightness in my shoulders within a few minutes.
The organic coconut oil base feels incredibly smooth and absorbs well, and it works great as a body oil after a shower. I did find the dropper a bit messy for a full-body application, but a little really goes a long way for a massage.
